Recipe for peanut butter banana cake pop
Serves 6-8 Sweetness - 1/3 Difficulty - 1/3  2 bananas 1/4 cup organic peanut butter 1 cup organic dark chocolate chips crushed raw peanuts, to coat 6-8 ice pop sticks Cut the banana into 2” sections. Insert the ice pop sticks in each end.  Place on a plate and put in the freezer. Remove after an hour or two. Using a knife, spread a layer of  peanut butter over each banana piece. Put back in freezer for 30  minutes.   In a saucepan over low heat, add the chocolate chips, and stir with a spatula until melted. Remove the bananas from the freezer and place the chopped peanuts on a plate. With the spatula, coat each banana with chocolate, quickly dip in the  peanuts and allow to dry for a few seconds before placing back on the  plate. Freeze for another hour or two to set.
